Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFAP46 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CFAP46 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CFAP46 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where CFAP46 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
