CFAP46

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP46 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP46-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1AP13, POFUT1, and E2F3. Each is linked with CFAP46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP46-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP46 versus HIGD1AP13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP46→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
