CFAP46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP46 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP46-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Rad50, and c-Jun_pS73. Each is linked with CFAP46 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP46-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CFAP46-low versus CFAP46-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP46→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
