CFAP410

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP410 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,812 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP410-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, LARP4, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with CFAP410 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP410-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP410 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP410 versus RPL5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP410→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP410) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
