Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFAP410 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CFAP410 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher CFAP410 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP410 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

PAAD, HNSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where CFAP410 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
