CFAP410

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP410 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP410-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLDIP3, TTLL12, and FOXRED2. Each is linked with CFAP410 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP410-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP410 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLDIP3 grouped by CFAP410-low versus CFAP410-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP410→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP410) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
