CFAP20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,454 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2C, RFC4, and PSME3IP1. Each is linked with CFAP20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP20-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP20 versus POLR2C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
