CETN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CETN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CETN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMILIN3, TC2N, and UBN2. Each is linked with CETN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETN1-to-partner and partner-to-CETN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CETN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CETN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
