CES4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,966 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP1, HYI, and RPL7L1. Each is linked with CES4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES4A-to-partner and partner-to-CES4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CES4A versus STXBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
