CES4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with CES4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES4A-to-partner and partner-to-CES4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by CES4A-low versus CES4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
