CES2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN15P3, RNA5SP24, and SPDYE9. Each is linked with CES2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES2-to-partner and partner-to-CES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSEN15P3 grouped by CES2-low versus CES2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
