Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL423P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL423P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL423P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SL423P RNA expression shows 6,078 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight PAAD, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL423P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
