Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL423P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL423P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL423P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL423P is over-expressed in tumor.
LUAD are the cancer types where RN7SL423P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
