CERS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CERS4_S347, NDUFAF1, and PEBP1_S54. Each is linked with CERS4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS4-to-partner and partner-to-CERS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERS4 versus CERS4_S347 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
