Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,271 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA11, GPR161, and KIAA1755. Each is linked with CERS4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS4-to-partner and partner-to-CERS4 results are reported.
