Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIRF, RNA5SP416, and RNA5SP421. Each is linked with CERS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS4-to-partner and partner-to-CERS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADIRF grouped by CERS4-low versus CERS4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
