Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CERS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS4-to-partner and partner-to-CERS4 results are reported.
