Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,999 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Purine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, and tRNA aminoacylation for protein translation. Each is linked with CERS4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS4-to-partner and partner-to-CERS4 results are reported.
