CERS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPS, OR10G4, and OR10W1. Each is linked with CERS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS4-to-partner and partner-to-CERS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLPS grouped by CERS4-low versus CERS4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
