CER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJ2, TXNP7, and LINC01941. Each is linked with CER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CER1-to-partner and partner-to-CER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJ2 grouped by CER1-low versus CER1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
