Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP97 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,708 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP97-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIP2A, TOPBP1, and CMSS1. Each is linked with CEP97 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP97-to-partner and partner-to-CEP97 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP97 versus CIP2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
