CEP95

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP95 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP95-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4499, MIR4466, and DPH3P2. Each is linked with CEP95 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP95-to-partner and partner-to-CEP95 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4499 grouped by CEP95-low versus CEP95-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP95→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP95) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
