Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP85L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP85L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, RNU6-1297P, and IL1R1-AS1. Each is linked with CEP85L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP85L-to-partner and partner-to-CEP85L results are reported.
