CEP83-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP83-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP83-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, GTF3C1, and PRPF39. Each is linked with CEP83-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP83-DT-to-partner and partner-to-CEP83-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP83-DT versus WRNIP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP83-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP83-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
