Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP83-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CEP83-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CEP83-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP83-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and PAAD show a favorable association.

UCS, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where CEP83-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
