CEP41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP41-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A3, VTRNA2-2P, and KIR3DP1. Each is linked with CEP41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP41-to-partner and partner-to-CEP41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31A3 grouped by CEP41-low versus CEP41-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP41→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
