CEP152

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP152 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,309 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP152-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, SDHB, and MRPS16. Each is linked with CEP152 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP152-to-partner and partner-to-CEP152 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by CEP152-low versus CEP152-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP152→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
