CEP128

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP128 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,949 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP128-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VRK1, LIMD2, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with CEP128 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP128-to-partner and partner-to-CEP128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP128 versus VRK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP128→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
