Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP126 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP126-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf33, VN1R2, and SSX7. Each is linked with CEP126 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP126-to-partner and partner-to-CEP126 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C7orf33 grouped by CEP126-low versus CEP126-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP126→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP126) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
