CENPU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,887 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, CDK1, and RFC1_T506. Each is linked with CENPU in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPU-to-partner and partner-to-CENPU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPU versus CDC20_T70 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPU→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
