Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,817 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, EDC4, and ZC3H18. Each is linked with CENPT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPT-to-partner and partner-to-CENPT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPT versus DHX38 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
