Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,953 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUBCNL, IL1R1, and CDCA7. Each is linked with CENPT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPT-to-partner and partner-to-CENPT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPT versus RUBCNL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
