Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4688, ZNF736P7Y, and SNORD116-10. Each is linked with CENPT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPT-to-partner and partner-to-CENPT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4688 grouped by CENPT-low versus CENPT-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
