Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFX4, TBC1D21, and OR10W1. Each is linked with CENPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPT-to-partner and partner-to-CENPT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFX4 grouped by CENPT-low versus CENPT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
