CENPS-CORT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPS-CORT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPS-CORT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, SDR42E1P2, and KLF17P2. Each is linked with CENPS-CORT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPS-CORT-to-partner and partner-to-CENPS-CORT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-9P grouped by CENPS-CORT-low versus CENPS-CORT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPS-CORT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPS-CORT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
