Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,418 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPNP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CENPNP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPNP1-to-partner and partner-to-CENPNP1 results are reported.
