CENPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,904 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, MCM2, and MCM3. Each is linked with CENPN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPN-to-partner and partner-to-CENPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPN versus SMC4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
