CENPI

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,077 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, GINS2, and AURKB. Each is linked with CENPI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPI-to-partner and partner-to-CENPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPI versus HROB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
