CENPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,468 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP3, RPL7, and LMNB2. Each is linked with CENPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPC-to-partner and partner-to-CENPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPC versus RANBP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
