Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, SNORD116-10, and CDRT15P2. Each is linked with CENPC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPC-to-partner and partner-to-CENPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by CENPC-low versus CENPC-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
