Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, p62 Lck ligand, and ASNS. Each is linked with CENPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPC-to-partner and partner-to-CENPC results are reported.
