Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,340 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic metaphase chromosome alignment, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with CENPC in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPC-to-partner and partner-to-CENPC results are reported.
