CELP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T5, RNU7-81P, and LINC02564. Each is linked with CELP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELP-to-partner and partner-to-CELP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T5 grouped by CELP-low versus CELP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
