Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB4A, TUT7, and ZYG11B. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELF5 versus TUBB4A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
