Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, STAT5a, and BRCA2. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
