CELF2-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,926 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF2-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, ATP biosynthetic process, and Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CELF2-DT in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-CELF2-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxidative phosphorylation grouped by CELF2-DT-low versus CELF2-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF2-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF2-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
