CEBPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-119P, GRPEL2, and PBK. Each is linked with CEBPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPE-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-119P grouped by CEBPE-low versus CEBPE-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
