Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-15, MIR378G, and MIR4672. Each is linked with CEBPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPA-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPA results are reported.
