CEACAM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D5P, RNU6-583P, and INSL5. Each is linked with CEACAM8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM8-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1D5P grouped by CEACAM8-low versus CEACAM8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
