Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDY2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDY2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMN1, USP43, and PLXNB2. Each is linked with CDY2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDY2A-to-partner and partner-to-CDY2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMN1 grouped by CDY2A-low versus CDY2A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDY2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDY2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
